Where we deliver

We deliver within Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan (these cost more).

How much it costs

The delivery price depends on your postcode and the weight of your parcel. You can see it in your basket after entering your postcode, and again at checkout before you pay. You choose from the courier options we show.

Free or reduced delivery

Delivery Vouchers and some customer tiers take off delivery up to an amount, or cover it in full. When your basket qualifies, it is applied for you at checkout. The rules are in the Terms & Conditions.

How long it takes

We pack your order once payment is confirmed and book a courier. Delivery time depends on the courier and where you live, and is usually a few working days within Peninsular Malaysia and longer to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Delays can happen around public holidays and sales.

Tracking

When your parcel ships, My orders shows the courier and tracking number so you can follow it.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before you pay, because the courier needs to reach you. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because no one collected it, we will contact you, and re-sending may cost extra delivery.
